The Field Oncology Medical Outcomes Director provides therapeutic area/product expertise for a designated therapeutic in Oncology, focusing on integrated customers like National Payers and Specialty Pharmacy Providers. This role educates customers on the clinical and economic impact of Pfizer Oncology medicines, informing decision-making and improving population health through data analyses and medical presentations.

Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market access strategy for Orca-T and future pipeline products. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, you'll shape how patients, providers, and payers access and afford our therapies. Lead a team responsible for Field Market Access and U.S. Value, Access & Pricing Strategy.
