The Medical Director will provide consultation and mortality assessment of complex medical files, including interpretation of EKG’s, stress tests, blood work, and other medical test results. Responsibilities include assessing complex medical files, interpreting lab results, and participating in the continuing education of the JH underwriting team.

Provide chronic disease management programs to a private client in the Johnstown, NY area. The Endocrinologist will participate in our telemedicine multiweek Metabolic Health Program, which focuses on chronic disease management for conditions. Be responsible for educating around healthy eating and lifestyle, prescribing medications, and advising/referring patients for follow-up care.
