Oversee program management for key initiatives focused on improving the in ride experience for across all user segments: Riders, Caregivers, CareDrivers, and Ride Organizers. Develop a deep understanding of the needs of both internal and external users and advocate for the user experience across all stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their needs. Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and identify high-priority business challenges.

You will be responsible for supporting efforts to improve efficiency across the core operational services of Color’s Virtual Cancer Clinic. You will be part of the analytical and workflow automation horsepower that enables our Virtual Cancer Clinic to deliver an unmatched patient experience, and deliver great outcomes for patients and populations.
