As a Payments Operations Standard Specialist you are going to be responsible for handling the flow of money between the customers and the business. This includes processing of invoices and making sure that checks are properly done before they are sent out. You will review applications for inconsistencies, handle redemptions, reconcile invoices, investigate billing statements and discrepancies, and identify fraudulent activity.
