You’ll collaborate across Support, Knowledge, Design, and Engineering to deliver intuitive help experiences, implement sustainable content governance, and introduce AI‑enabled discovery and guidance.

The Product Manager Intern will work under the Sr. Director, Sales Leadership. This team is responsible for consumer marketing data assets and compiles data to make it available for our audience. Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to inform strategic decisions, including using AI tools and methodologies to analyze market trends, latest technologies, and competitor positioning. Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate insights into strategic product decisions and impactful go-to-market plans.
