As a Technical Program Manager, you will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and partner-facing teams to manage the full lifecycle of technical tickets, ensuring timely progress while translating partner concerns into actionable engineering work.
This role will serve as both the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and as the primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization. You’ll facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks. You'll work daily in ClickUp and Slack to keep plans on track, blockers unblocked, and everyone moving forward.
