Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our SaaS product for auto repair shops. You will have the opportunity to become influential in shaping our product. You will be responsible for guiding the product strategy and roadmap, as well as managing the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of the product.

This role involves planning, managing, and executing projects related to digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining attention to detail. The Project Manager will champion project management methodologies, facilitate problem-solving, and communicate project progress to stakeholders, all while clearing production blockers for the team.

Shape the product’s evolution by managing the feature roadmap and prioritizing impactful capabilities. Build exciting new features and capabilities on top of CRM platforms like Salesforce to improve user experience. Ensure precision and clarity by fully documenting product features in JIRA, with measurable acceptance criteria.

Work closely with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure a seamless product cycle and gather insights from internal teams and user interviews, aligning them with product strategy. Formulate, test, and validate hypotheses to improve key metrics. Identify new growth opportunities to strengthen market position. Participate in Scrum ceremonies.

The Auto Planner EU/ EU Data Products Portfolio Director will support the SVP of Product by executing the product roadmap and delivering new products and enhancements. This role requires strong experience with EU vehicle data, data operations, and syndication. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with various product development teams and communicating directly with the sales team and customers to understand their needs and requirements.

Manage, coordinate, and oversee customer-facing and internal projects related to one program, requiring a deep technical understanding. Involved in operational activities such as procurement, supplier management, costs, budgets, and reporting. Interact with product, engineering, QA, architecture, PMO, sales, and finance teams. Deliver projects on time, within scope/budget, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

The Associate Technical Project Manager will provide oversight and facilitation to Engineering projects/scrum teams to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. The role will resolve challenges that arise in project teams by offering expertise, identifying resources, and facilitating discussions. Expected to use JIRA to support teams, including report generation with assistance. Responsible for serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and Sr. role to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

The Program Manager will manage projects in our India Market and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects utilizing Agile practices and the Tala Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Successful candidates will have deep expertise in Technical and Go to Market Program Management, Agile Methodologies, and have a background managing projects in high-growth and remote-first environments.

Lead the definition and delivery of AI-driven features, experiments, and solutions across a range of projects. Bridge the gap between business objectives and advanced AI capabilities - ensuring every solution is purposeful, measurable, and technically feasible. Identify and assess AI opportunities across client engagements or internal products.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge products for the Social Housing sector. Focused on exceeding customer expectations and revolutionizing the sector, you will work on market assessment, requirements decomposition, and final test verification to ensure the platform supports customer needs.
