• Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
• Coordinates with Infrastructure Engineering teams to survey buildings and communication closets, review technical drawings, and validate cable plans.
• Assists the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

Responsible for leading the planning, design, delivery, and governance of the ServiceNow platform in a federal environment. Leads a blended development and administration team for administering the platform and delivering full lifecycle development. Ensures that ServiceNow solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with federal agency mission and IT strategy.

• Serve as the single point of contact for program stakeholders and contracting officers.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all program activities to meet contractual obligations and performance expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
