As a Product Manager on the International expansion team, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders to drive the internationalization of Motive’s products, building new products and adapting existing ones for international use cases, contributing to Motive’s international strategy through research and assessments.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Manage division of our product, enabling customers to access, manage, and collaborate on their content. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet business objectives.

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals, and drive product development cycles ensuring alignment with the company vision. Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products to life. Clearly document and communicate product objectives, value propositions, and challenges. Maintain a strong customer focus.

Concentrate on critical cross-platform initiatives, working to ensure that HopSkipDrive can expand services to accommodate a broader range of specialized vehicles, equipment and care. Drive the product vision, strategy, and execution of our specialty transportation products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in managing student transportation needs.
