Fincent is searching for a Product and Strategy Leader to own the product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap across Fincent’s offerings.

You'll work with our internal team, as well as our customers, to build the industry's leading platform for capturing customer facing calls and deriving insights out of them that helps business optimize their processes. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap and development for workflows and features that help customers do sales coaching and collaboration effectively in Copilot.

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the Senior Project Manager will lead successful execution of highly complex and difficult projects with Arine’s largest clients by driving and guiding project plan development and execution, using consistent process and strong communication to set and meet internal and external stakeholder expectations. The Senior Project Manager will be a passionate advocate for Arine and ensure the platform is implemented on time, on budget, and with high quality to meet our clients’ business needs.

As a Senior Product Manager focused on our core HCM platform, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Workday at Xero. Leading a talented team of specialists, you will drive the evolution and maturity of our Workday environment, delivering innovative solutions that scale effectively with Xero's global growth. Experience with Workday HCM or a comparable enterprise-level HR system is highly preferred.

You will be the bridge between our engineering teams and our product vision, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and reliable SaaS banking solutions. You will leverage your deep technical understanding, particularly in cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE, GCP, to define and drive the development of key platform features. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and other stakeholders.

Be instrumental in the future of M&E cloud-based services as a Frontend Product Manager. You'll manage the front-end development team, define product requirements, and correlate them with user workflows. You will also identify and track key performance indicators and implement development processes that’ll support product growth.
