This role is part of ServiceNow's Customer and Industry Workflows product organization, focusing on the Telecom & Media industry. As a Director, Outbound Product Management, you will guide enablement efforts for customers and partners, pricing and packaging of new products, and serve as the eyes and ears of the products in the market. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams and influence pricing and packaging to optimize market penetration for new products.
