Oversee the development of technology, SOPs, and resource workflows to support Operations Managers and Associates in executing their responsibilities efficiently and autonomously. Design and maintain workflows using tools such as Airtable and SQL to optimize data handling and streamline operations, connecting systems and building workflows that reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure class launch priorities, deliverables, and milestones stay on track; analyze and gather feedback on cross-functional workflows to identify opportunities for improving productivity and collaboration. Support day-to-day operational processes for launching classes at MasterClass.
