We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead QA Engineer responsible for UI and regression testing of the ApprovalMax product. Key tasks include analyzing requirements, developing test scenarios, creating test instructions and documentation, analyzing test results, and interacting with the automation team.

The Technical QA Analyst configures and tests cloud based omni and multi-channel healthcare engagement solutions, ensuring their release into the production environment. They ensure the production release of bilingual multichannel solutions, performing peer reviews and live tests on complex reports before client delivery. This role integrates speech recognition, telephony, Email, SMS, Live Agent, Web Survey, and Direct Mail, with in-depth data analytics and reporting.

Working directly with Frontend team on planning, writing, and executing tests and include them in the release sign off process. Manual testing of Web. Product testing on UI/UX. Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure quality, performance, and reliability. Existing test documentation creation and support. Active participation in the development process.

As a Senior Accessibility Specialist, you would join Bixal and partners in supporting the VA and its digital platforms, contributing to supporting Veterans, including those with disabilities. You would be ensuring equitable access to Veteran benefits across web, mobile, and legacy platforms. You'll be the subject matter expert on a cross-functional team.
