We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven QA Tester to help us ensure the quality and reliability of the PolicyFly platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding bugs, validating complex workflows, and helping a fast-growing team ship clean, confident releases.

Seeking an experienced solution analyst to join the Product area. Working as part of an autonomous agile team to develop features and applications to meet the needs of your product area. This role requires a strong agile mindset and expertise in testing, DevOps, and database manipulation to help the product team move software to production with the highest quality and value.

The candidate will plan, execute, and oversee quality assurance processes, testing telecom components such as IVR and SIP trunks, validating APIs, and ensuring the reliability of interfaces and system integrations. Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders.

The Product Quality Analyst ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products for a paid leave benefit program. You will execute manual testing of web applications to meet functional requirements and user needs. Collaboration across scrum teams and leading small QA efforts will be part of your role.
