• Understand application functionality and identify potential failure points.

Review the quality of HTML/CSS tasks and submissions, ensuring correctness and alignment with guidelines; provide constructive feedback. Assess layout structure, CSS organization, accessibility and performance to ensure high-quality examples. Create and maintain documentation such as HTML/CSS style guides, review checklists, trackers and FAQs.

As a part of the Fusion team, you'll be the person ensuring we keep pushing the quality of our products while delivering features quickly and reliably. You'll interact daily with Product, Engineering and Post-Sales teams to make sure our customers have seamless experiences building out their future products with the latest and greatest in AI powered development tools.

In this role, you’ll be a hands-on contributor responsible for ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience. You’ll define testing strategies, implement automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to embed quality at every stage of development. You’ll act as the go-to expert for testing best practices and continuous improvement.

Help ensure our platform continues to deliver a smooth, reliable, and intuitive experience for landscapers. This role bridges engineering, design, and product — providing hands-on testing, usability feedback, and clear documentation that helps our customers make the most of Duranta’s tools.

As a Test Engineer at Top Hat, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our products. You will collaborate with the Product Manager and Development team, offering essential feedback on upcoming features. Champion best practices and help us scale improvements across the rest of our growing department. Integrate learning and feedback cycles throughout our delivery to enable the continuous testing needed for our continuous deployment practices.
