You will be managing each new professor’s customized onboarding journey and ensure they are ready to adopt the platform for their upcoming class. You will also ensure customers are familiar with using the platform in their classroom and share best practices on how to format lectures and homework. Furthermore, you will work on renewing first-time customers by maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating the platform’s ongoing value.

As an AE, you will be assigned an exclusive territory of colleges and universities where you’ll have the autonomy to develop your own relationships with professors, demonstrate the value of the Top Hat platform and products, and convert them into clients. You will be adding value by working with professors to change how they teach and helping to bring the educational experience into the future.

As an iOS Developer at Top Hat, you will be building, improving, and maintaining all aspects of our iOS application. You will develop features, write tests, and participate in impactful decision-making around the iOS app. Your work will reach millions of students, with the capacity to have a high degree of impact on what is being built.

Join our Core Backend Team as a Software Engineer! You'll build and maintain underlying systems and tools for developers and customer support. Collaborate across the company to build the foundation they need. With autonomy and data-driven iteration, you'll play a critical role in empowering developers to build products that spark better teaching and learning.
