Lead the Data Platform team and make our dream of truly personalized educational experiences a reality. This role involves working closely with other product teams, engineering, analytics, data science and cross-functional teams across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and agile product development.

The Data Engineer will be at the heart of shaping how data is organized, trusted, and delivered across the company. You'll impact the reliability and accessibility of the data that powers product innovation, personalization, and decision-making at scale. You will design & model data, build pipelines, and ensure data quality & governance.

Lead a team of talented data scientists in developing evidence-driven insights, predictive models, and AI-powered personalization features that directly impact millions of students and thousands of professors. You will be instrumental in delivering AI and analytics solutions that improve learning outcomes and driving the next generation of personalization across our products, building a strong partnership with Product Development, and Learning teams to ship data-driven features at scale.

You’ll design, experiment, and deliver experiences that make learning more interactive, measurable, and inspiring for both instructors and students. You’ll move fast — testing ideas, validating assumptions through lightweight experiments, and working hand-in-hand with engineers and designers to bring the best solutions to life. You’ll also explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance the live classroom experience and deepen our understanding of student engagement.
