A Senior QA Engineer Backend is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance process within the Central QA team. The role includes designing and implementing test strategies, creating test plans, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring the overall quality of software products. The role requires one to deliver end to end quality and automation independently using agile methodologies

The Test Engineer will be embedded in a cross functional agile team developing APIs for integration with current and future applications. You will partner with existing QA engineers to automate new test cases, and existing testcases previously ran manually based on documented requirements. Participate in requirement refinement and identify defects early in the development process as part of a shift left testing approach.

Join a cross-functional team to deliver digital innovations. Responsibilities include test management, acceptance testing (including manual testing), regression testing, tests automation, and testing reporting and documentation.

Assess & improve software quality through manual and automated testing. Work directly with Engineering and Product to deliver high quality features to clients. Work cross functionally to participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from planning to execution of tests. Execute test cases and analyse results, evaluate product code, identify test scenarios, and review test results.

We're looking for a QA Manual Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality. You’ll design well-structured test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements. You will execute various testing types, report and track bugs, and manage and document test cases. You will also use basic SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues. Collaborate with Agile teams.

Write readable, maintainable, automation scripts. Develop test plans and test cases. Write design and functional specifications for use in testing. Prepare estimates for assigned tasks and complete all work according to schedule and quality requirements. Provide ongoing feedback on deliverables.
