This is a fully remote, full-time, W2 position for Nurse Practitioners aligned with Harm Reduction principles and experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications. The Nurse Practitioner works directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and empowers patients in their recovery journeys in coordination with the Care Team.
