Provide direct support for assigned state-based BSN | MPEN VN PN |ADN campus nursing students throughout and after the nursing program supporting retention and progression of students, and in preparation for taking the NCLEX-RN exam following graduation. The NCLEX Success Specialist (NSS) is responsible for guiding, implementing, and executing all developed licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites.
This is a bank role for a Registered nurse with experience in clinical teaching to a high standard, requiring autonomy and the ability to facilitate training independently. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical skills training to healthcare professionals across various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and residential homes to all levels of clinical staff primarily in South West England, but may require travel nationwide. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with experience delivering clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals and hold a teaching or mentorship qualification.
