Provide direct support for assigned state-based BSN | MPEN VN PN |ADN campus nursing students throughout and after the nursing program supporting retention and progression of students, and in preparation for taking the NCLEX-RN exam following graduation. The NCLEX Success Specialist (NSS) is responsible for guiding, implementing, and executing all developed licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites.

Delivering nurse-led, face-to-face and virtual clinical skills training while playing a key role in delivering NHS education contracts and in-house clinical skills training. The role requires autonomy and the ability to facilitate training independently. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with experience delivering clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals and hold a teaching or mentorship qualification.
