The Overnight RN – Nurse Triage provides high-quality, patient-centered care through telephone triage and clinical assessment. This role is 100% hands-on , responsible for assessing patient symptoms, determining the appropriate level of care, providing education, and ensuring timely communication with providers. The ideal candidate has strong triage, Med-Surg, and Primary Care experience, is proficient with Epic EMR , and thrives in an independent remote environment.

The Registered Nurse will provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion, delivering timely triage, clinical assessment, and patient-specific nursing guidance overnight. The role requires strong clinical assessment and the ability to make sound decisions in real time, while ensuring every patient feels heard and supported. This is an overnight role from 8pm ET to 10am ET.

The Triage Nurse is a remote Registered Nurse who provides telephone and electronic triage support to firsthand individuals and staff, while also supporting outpatient care coordination. This is primarily a day-shift role, with occasional potential for nights or weekends. Manage inbound clinical issues from firsthand staff and patients via phone; triage appropriately and escalate emergencies immediately. Work closely with peer mental health workers, social workers, and APPs to address acute issues comprehensively.
