The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving consultant placements, utilize own connections, building strong vendor/client relationships, and optimizing sales strategies. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our consultants on the bench are effectively marketed and successfully placed with clients or implementation partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bench utilization and profitability.
