We’re looking for a Senior Back End Developer to help us build and scale the backbone of how data moves through Fullscript. The team makes sure the right data gets to the right place, in the right format, at the right time—powering several different systems and departments from analytics to automation to personalization.

As a Software Developer, AI & Automation you will be developing, testing, and deploying automation scripts and lightweight AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows. You will integrate APIs and building connectors for system interoperability and collaborate closely with product and security teams to implement automation that enhances company productivity and operation efficiency.

As a Lead Engineer at Xero, you’ll play a key role in one of our product teams balancing technical expertise with strategic thinking and guiding the team through complex technical decisions. Day to day, you’ll provide mentorship and coaching to ensure best practices in delivery, testing, and performance. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into positions such as Principal Engineer or Architect.
