Improve the monorepo developer experience by identifying and fixing key friction points in local development and CI workflows, streamline integration workflows by rolling out consistent, scalable improvements to integration and deployment paths and define and establish metrics that track developer collaboration and effectiveness across the platform. This role involves partnering with platform teams to reduce CI latency and improve performance at scale, enabling smarter collaboration across shared code, including stacked PR support.
