We are looking for a dedicated candidate to build the next generation of Workforce Management for the entire Deutsche Telekom Technology domain, with the goal to digitize and optimize existing field service processes. Create development requirements, API specifications, Camunda Connectors and TMF-API-compliant microservices, and test automation scripts.

You'll operate with a WIN (Whatever It Needs) and end-to-end (E2E) responsibility mindset, focusing on building robust, high-performance systems. You'll quickly decipher complex technical challenges, research and develop solutions, and deploy them at scale. Your work will drive technical success, contributing to a customer-driven product that meets client needs, secures deals, and ensures long-term success.

This position is for a highly skilled engineer passionate about creating scalable, performant user interfaces and collaborating across teams to play a key role in designing and building the next generation of our frontend architecture. They will coordinate with Product Management on timelines, deliver the UX team’s vision through iterative development, maintain high code quality, and minimize implementation complexity.
