• You will lead a product focused development tribe to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable Health products, accelerating time-to-value through modern engineering, automation, and cloud practices
• Own roadmap execution, predictability, and quality for the tribe's products; drive incident reduction and SLOs in partnership with AppOps/SRE
• Uplift SDLC, CI/CD, testing strategy, and DevSecOps; measure via agreed engineering metrics
