The Support Software Engineer role is an integral part of our growing engineering team. They will provide Tier 3 technical support, responding to and resolving escalated technical issues from customers for Salesforce and web solutions. This role determines and resolves root causes of customer issues and collaborates as liaison between front line Support, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams.
