We are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team, to leads a pod of 3-4 engineers and drives the technical execution of major product initiatives from design through deployment. You’ll mentor team members, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product and design partners to shape our roadmap. This role is roughly 60% hands-on coding and 40% team leadership.

Lead a remote team of 2-6 backend and frontend engineers from several nationalities on a complex distributed application. Mentor and coach team member and ensure they are engaged at work and have growth opportunities. Create a trusting, healthy and friendly environment for your team, where transparency is key and feedback can be provided in any direction respectfully and professionally. Plan and execute software projects of different sizes without micromanaging your team.
