Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Instruct customers in system operation and maintenance and serve as a company liaison. This role includes field support aspects, not limited to system hardware/software, PCs, and networking. Servicing customers in CT, VT, ME, MA, NH, and RI.
