The Application Engineer is an integral part of our sales team, providing technical assistance and support to both internal and external customers. The Application Engineer will support McWane Plant & Industrial's technical leadership initiative by providing application and specification support, reviewing specifications and drawing packages, and providing technical quotations in support of our customer growth strategy.

The role is to provide technical support and expertise for engineering software applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, ensuring optimal performance, assisting users with queries, and facilitating training sessions to enhance user proficiency. The specialist may also collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements for software enhancements and manage software updates to align with engineering processes and standards.
