The Presales Business Consultant will be accountable for pre-sale business activities and thought leadership with clients or new prospects across a subset of NICE Workforce Engagement portfolio solutions, focused especially on Workforce Management & Employee Engagement Manager. This client facing role involves working with NICE EMEA prospects and customers and NICE internal teams to promote sales of WFM solution within the region.
