Oversee the company’s cash management, liquidity planning, capital structure, and risk/claims management functions by developing and executing financing strategies, optimizing working capital, and managing banking relationships to ensure financial stability and growth. Work closely with executive leadership to develop a long-term funding strategy while implementing best practices.

You’ll shape how Fullscript manages cash, risk, investments, and stock compensation at scale, while influencing critical decisions that fuel Fullscript’s success. Responsibilities include cash & liquidity management, banking & lending relationships, and stock compensation & options management.

Oversee daily treasury operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and subsidiaries. Manage critical treasury functions by focusing on cash forecasting, investments, currencies and banking relationships. Assist with liquidity and cash management as well as preparation of materials for Investment and Audit Committee meetings.

The Treasury Intern will play a key role in supporting Intersect Power’s treasury operations, including actively managing cash, short-term cash forecasting and Treasury reporting requirements, and managing interest rate risks. Responsibilities include preparing notices for the syndicated credit facility and supporting cash forecasting processes.
