As a Director of UX, you’ll serve a group of about 15 designers and design managers responsible for portfolios of Target’s internal tools and experiences. The role requires the ability to understand Target’s priorities and partner with a broad set of stakeholders to establish design & experience direction and ensure teams have what they need to thrive and deliver great work.
