Looking for a strategic, hands-on design leader to join the team to support and grow a small team of talented product designers across our travel, core app, and design system experiences. You’ll operate as a player-coach— balancing leadership with hands-on design work to drive impact where it matters most. You’ll guide your team in delivering high-quality, user-centered designs, while also contributing directly to key initiatives.
Responsible for leading and designing the next generation of Underdog products, you'll utilize design-thinking, product strategy, and brand to create exceptional experiences and features across the Fantasy and/or Sports Betting products. Lead current product design solutions while identifying future optimizations and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to develop and execute product solutions.
Own the design detail and champion the player experience for compelling F2P games in virtual worlds. You'll join the projects from the start, developing the high-level concept through to full design spec, and oversee its execution to launch and beyond. Work directly in-engine to implement, balance, and iterate.
