Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and improve core IT systems, including Google Workspace, device management, and GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Partner with People and Talent on onboarding and offboarding, hardware provisioning, and access management for a growing, global team.
- Manage tools like VPN, password management, and endpoint security; ensure systems are patched, monitored, and compliant with internal security standards.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
- Comfort supporting macOS environments, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and deep familiarity with MDM workflows.
