Job Description

What You'll Own:

  • Device Management: Implement and manage our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution
  • Device Management: Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires
  • Device Management: Enforce security policies across all managed devices (encryption, password policies, automatic updates)

Employee IT Support:

  • Employee IT Support: Onboard new employees: device setup, account provisioning, access management
  • Employee IT Support: Offboard departing employees: device collection, access revocation, data handling
  • Employee IT Support: Serve as first point of contact for employee tech issues

Access & Identity Management:

  • Access & Identity Management: Manage user accounts across company systems (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • Access & Identity Management: Implement and maintain SSO and access controls
  • Access & Identity Management: Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain least-privilege principles
