This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, thinks in systems, and has a deep curiosity for how humans interact with AI. You’ll be responsible for defining the next generation of human-AI experiences — from the conversational interfaces that make our Superhumans feel alive, to the dashboards that give customers insight and control, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GenAI teams.

We’re looking for an exceptional Design Engineer to build, extend, and maintain our marketing website and content management system (CMS). This role will be key in crafting high-impact, delightful, and polished experiences that inform, captivate, and motivate. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and growth teams, bringing ideas from inception to execution.

The second person on the design team will have a hand in product design, brand, and front-end development. Work closely with our cofounder to design and implement elegant end-to-end solutions by understanding customer needs along with technical opportunities and constraints with AI. Continually identify opportunities to elevate our production quality bar across the company.
