  • Prepare and review customer invoices in accordance with signed contracts, including AIA billing documents and lien waivers.
  • Assist with delinquent account collections and support credit evaluations for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain records in Levelset lien software and partner with Sales, Accounting, and Fulfillment to resolve account issues.
