The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) drives customer satisfaction and retention, leads and delivers an exceptional service experience, and serves as the primary service relationship owner for assigned customers. The CEM supports the development and delivery of key benefit strategies, helps to develop and maintain relationships with customers and external partners, and supports execution of the annual customer account plan.
