Breakthrough T1D is the leading global type 1 diabetes (T1D) research and advocacy organization, investing in research to develop therapies and devices while working with governments and insurers to improve access to care. They are a mission-driven nonprofit that provides resources and guidance for the T1D community, empowering a movement to accelerate cures and improve daily life.
Lead and coach a team of 3–5 Leadership Gift Officers, driving a collective annual revenue goal of $15M–$25M+ while managing a personal portfolio of ~50 high-capacity accounts for $3M–$5M in revenue.
Own all $1M+ gift strategy decisions across the team, conduct monthly strategy sessions, and use CRM analytics to track KPIs and pipeline health.
Partner cross-functionally with territory executives, volunteer leaders, and philanthropic engagement teams to develop multi-channel donor strategies and ensure continuity during transitions.
