We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the problem-solving skills necessary to provide effective support and maintenance.
Schedule service calls to field service technicians throughout the US based upon priority level and location in a timely fashion. Create service tickets and route them to various service agencies. Act as liaison between clients and field technicians and respond to service order requests via phone and email. Fulfill additional requirements set forth by Senior Management and deemed necessary within the scope of the job function. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
The call center trainer role is responsible for training and preparing new and existing team members for their roles within the organization. This vital position partners with clients, operational, and leadership teams to design and deliver interactive training in a manner consistent with business needs. Ongoing training, assessments, support, coaching and development are included, where appropriate.
