  • Oversees development of HSH’s strategic plan and implementation frameworks in collaboration with HSH divisions, City partners, service providers and consultants.
  • Leads a team of analysts, setting priorities, assigning work, and allocating resources to meet timelines and strategic objectives.
  • Directs structured program and system design processes that include project management, program evaluation, policy and operational analyses.
