- Oversees and guides the development of HSH’s strategic plan and its related implementation frameworks.
- Develops progress reports and supporting materials in collaboration with HSH divisions, City partners and external consultants.
- Leads and supervises a team of analysts.

- Leads and supervises a team of analysts, setting priorities, and assigning work.
- Allocates staff and project resources to meet timelines and strategic objectives while adjusting workplans to respond to emerging needs.
- Directs and oversees structured program and system design processes.
Project Management:
- Manages consultant-led planning, evaluation, and technical assistance projects, including scope development, timelines, and deliverables.
- Leads the project management of special initiatives, as assigned by executive leadership.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with other City departments and community stakeholders.

The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) strives to make homelessness in San Francisco rare, brief, and one‐time through coordinated, compassionate, and high‐quality services. Founded in 2016, HSH is a national leader in the movement to end homelessness, funding, overseeing, and implementing a system of care that shelters, houses, and serves approximately 15,000 people daily.
