Primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining the enterprise network, which includes corporate and regional LAN, WAN (SD-WAN), Internet access, and Wi-Fi, along with overseeing IT security and safety of the computing environment from any types of internal/external and cyber threats. This role will be based remotely in Canada.

The UX/Market Researcher will learn more about existing and potential markets, explore opportunities for growth, and understand our users. They will accomplish this by defining research plans, recruiting research participants, conducting interviews, and extracting insights and opportunities from this process. They must be highly organized, excellent communicators, and skilled in the art of setting realistic expectations.
