Job Description

The UX/Market Researcher is responsible for learning more about existing and potential markets, exploring opportunities for growth, and understanding our users, defining research plans, recruiting research participants, conducting interviews, and extracting insights and opportunities from this process. The person in this role must be capable of asking questions to get to the root of a problem and providing actionable insights that drive innovation and improve user experience. They will design and execute research plans to understand market and customer needs, behaviours, and pain points, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with the product manager, UX designer, and marketing team, analyze findings, and present research findings to the internal team. The UX/Market Researcher will also monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
