Pod and people management, ensuring well-structured interactions, clear goals, growth & development, and performance management. Quickly build new features from start to finish, front and back end, acting as a multiplier and unblocker to pods. Work closely with Tech Leads and Product Managers to define and refine projects, weighing in on architecture, scheduling, and release planning.
