- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and define the problem, building production systems on Luma's APIs.
- Own projects end-to-end, from first conversation to deployed system, prototyping and iterating with real data.
- Build around platform gaps and feed patterns back to R&D; use AI to accelerate while relying on engineering judgment.
- Convert inbound demand into closed revenue, focused on smaller deals with high velocity.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial interest to closed-won.
- Help refine foundational sales processes and playbooks by flagging bottlenecks.
