Collaborate with coaches and operations staff from multiple universities to support all multi-level needs, including booking air, hotel, car, and bus reservations.
Manage incoming calls and emails while multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt task completion and client satisfaction.
Utilize Sabre or similar GDS to book and ticket air reservations, process exchanges, void tickets, and issue MCOs.
