Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI growth products and services. Lead vision, strategy, and execution for trial-to-paid conversion as well as existing customer optimization across Operations Cloud platform. Build and scale experimentation infrastructure and culture across product teams. Guide products through optimization cycles, setting clear success criteria and stage-gates for conversion improvements. Make data-driven decisions to optimize user onboarding, activation, and expansion metrics.
Lead the industry’s transformation to fully automated operations. The App Experience Platform team enables a scalable, and consistent front-end web and mobile experience across PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud by leveraging consistent technology standards, UI principles and best practices to deliver exceptional user experience. In this role, you’ll work with UX design, engineering and program management to accelerate product development in delivering a consistently outstanding user experience.
Build high-impact, localized digital programs that turn insights into pipeline as the first in‑region Digital Programs specialist role dedicated to EMEA. Partner with Global Performance Marketing to localize and optimize global campaigns, owning net-new regional digital initiatives tailored to local topics, sensitivities, languages, and regulatory requirements.
