Act autonomously and take the lead during the hiring process, aiming to build up current and future pipelines, while strengthening strategic relationships within the wider ecosystem.

As Senior Solutions Engineer you should have extensive experience in Rust and Solidity, be proficient with Foundry or Hardhat, and possess a solid understanding of MetaMask and Ledger security. you  should have deep knowledge of the Polkadot ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include spearheading large technical projects that leverage the new EVM-compatible blockchain features of the Polkadot runtime, developing and maintaining robust blockchain client API specifications, planning and implementing integration tools, and overseeing their upkeep. You will also provide comprehensive technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
