This role will focus on the full-cycle recruitment of Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), Aestheticians, and support initiatives across the broader provider recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with operations and clinical leadership, and brings creative sourcing strategies to the table.
